Discover
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, getting to know how their day-to-day operations work and what makes their business tick.
We talk to the people who will use the product, review any existing systems and identify the problems worth solving first. Where there are open questions, we test ideas early with quick prototypes so decisions are based on evidence, not guesswork.
At the end of this phase, we share a clear plan with scope, timeline and budget, so you know exactly what you’re getting before any build work starts.

Build
Using what we learned in discovery, we turn the plan into a roadmap and start building in short iterations. Each iteration ends with working software you can see and try, not just a status report.
You’ll have a dedicated point of contact throughout the project, and regular check-ins keep everyone aligned on progress, priorities and any decisions that need to be made.
Because we share progress early and often, feedback can be folded in as we go. Changes are easier and cheaper to make when they’re caught early.
Deliver
Before launch, we put everything through thorough testing so it works the way your users expect, on the devices they actually use.
We plan the launch with you, handle the deployment and keep a close eye on things in the days that follow so any issues are picked up and resolved quickly.
After launch, we can stay on to provide ongoing support and improvements, or hand everything over to your team with the documentation they need.
